Natalie just let us know that she and Bevan will be in town on Friday and has invited anyone that misses them to a bbq!

So Bevan and I will be in town this coming weekend for my brother's college graduation and Friday there will be a BBQ at my parent's home to see everyone I've not seen in ages. Start time will be around 5 or 6 (I'll find out for sure and get back to you on that). I've missed you all and would love to see you.

Greetings all! Sabrina and I will be hosting a costuming/prop workshop day at our house on Saturday 6/7/08.
If you have a costume or prop to work on, bring it on down!
If you don't have a project in the works, that's ok, just come to hang out!

Bring: Yourself, any costume or prop project you wish and the tools/supplies for same.

Greetings all! As promised, I'm starting up a "Heroes Unlimited" Role Playing Game. It will be a Superhero universe D&D type game.
Sabrina and I will be hosting a character creation and hang-out session on Saturday 3/15.

Greetings all! Given the time issues and whatsuch this weekend, and begging our fearless leader's permission, Sabrina and I are planning a prop and costuming workshop for the weekend of November 3 and 4. The exact date and time is TBD (opinions please!)
We will happily provide space and what propmaking expertise I have for one and all. Bring projects to work on! Props, costumes, whatever! Bring food! Bring Munchkin for later! But above all, GET YER BUTTS OVER HERE!!

Today a few members of the group participated in a charity fund raiser for juvenile diabetes.

Well the walk is over and it was a great success. There were tons of people (I have no idea how many) but I did manage to get a photo of the starting line.

The Spokantina Team raised $160 for the JDRF walk for a cure, and that was just me and my wife. It was a lot fun, several people asked for a picture with me and when we got to the finish there were about twenty cheerleaders cheering everyone that finished, but we got a special "Yay Jedi!"

I also got to meet TK9993 (TD-9993) aka Chris after the walk. It was great to meet and talk with you!

Nora, Myself, and Sammy dressed up for the walk, Melina even wore her Yoda t-shirt (underneath her jacket, of course, it was cold!)
